There is no public beach on Ilashe. When you book the house, the sand in front of it is yours.

Ilashe has no public access. No traders, no crowds, no strangers in your photographs.

We book it and brief the captain. Twenty-five minutes from Lekki Phase 1 or Victoria Island, from ₦750,000.

A pool between the house and the sand, a full kitchen inside, and one long table that seats everybody.

Three bedrooms, fifty for the day
Two floors. Three en-suite bedrooms with freestanding tubs, a living room that takes a whole group, a long table that seats everybody at once, and a verandah upstairs where the afternoon goes quietly missing.

A day on the sand or a night by the water. The house is exclusively yours either way; the boat over is booked separately.

Getting here
Ilashe is an island. There is no road — everyone comes by boat, and we arrange it.
One
We pick you up from Lekki Phase 1 or Victoria Island. Your departure time comes once the booking is confirmed.
Two
Twenty-five minutes across, with life jackets for everyone. Boats do not run late at night.
Three
We meet the boat and walk you in. There is nothing to check into.
What is here
Everything is within a minute of everything else, and all of it belongs to your booking.
Pool table
Included with the house, for the hours when it is too hot to be sensible outside.
The pool
Open the whole time you are here, with loungers and parasols around it and shade on the terrace by late afternoon.
